I baked one loaf to try, and loved it. I bought another package and made more for my art reception. I got lot of good comments and some wanted the recipe.

I’m pretty proud of my Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread – in fact it’s the most requested food gift every year from friends. But having gone GF I couldn’t tempt myself by making it anymore. Until Kember’s YUMM-A-LICIOUS mix! So moist and flavorful – my friends and family thank you! ( Folks – don’t even bother with the baking this year, just give the mix!)

We had 12 people over today for Christmas dinner. My 16 year old niece has celiac disease so I baked up two loaves of Kember’s Pumpkin bread. It was EZ. My sister in law also showed up with a loaf of pumpkin bread that is an old family recipe. Well, my niece took one bite of Kember’s and said, “this is the best pumpkin bread I have ever tasted”. She went on to explain that most gluten free baked good have no flavor. By the end of the day, The Kember’s was gone and my sister in law’s recipe was hardly touched. Next up is Kember’s waffle mix.

We use this mix as a base for zucchini bread. We add a little more nutmeg (1/8 tsp ) and cinnamon (1/4 tsp) and lemon zest (1/2 tsp) and 1 cup of zucchini instead of the pumpkin. We also substitute apple sauce for egg. (1/4 cup per egg + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder) It is really really good.

It is hard to find gluten and dairy free baked goods that are also delicious but this pumpkin bread is the best I have ever tasted. I am hooked!

Just made this pumpkin bread with my 3 year old yesterday afternoon and we loved it! Simple to make, moist and delicious! It has the perfect fall flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. Kudos to you guys for making such a wonderful gf/dairy free alternative.

I made the vegan option Pumpkin Bread Loaf and it turned out GREAT! I didn’t add any extras as I wanted to taste the base loaf first. The blend of pumpkin and sweetness is perfect. I think with my second loaf I will add some chocolate chips. This bread could easily be baked as a bundt cake, frosted and served as dessert.

Great spiced bread mix I say that because we use it for multiple things, sweet potato bread, pumpkin bread, carrot bread, zucchini bread, and banana bread. So many options for 1 mix and always tastes wonderful and hard to believe it’s gluten free.

Have made a few loaves of pumpkin bread with this mix. Also made the carrot cupcakes. They are so delicious that my family swears that it is NOT gluten-free! This is the best compliment I can get as they tend to complain about GF baked goods. It is so easy as well!

Please provide the recipes (as Rochelle) for making other breads using this as the base. Thanks in advance!

Picked up this mix at the Columbia Tech Center Farmers Market. The bread was unbelievable — moist and delicious. Can’t even tell it’s gluten-free. I used coconut oil for the oil and some of my husband’s goats milk for the milk. I added some chocolate chips to the mix. I have a feeling I’ll be buying another bag soon.

I am addicted to this bread! I’ve been a little gun shy to try GF because I haven’t had too many tasty treats and I’m not a GF eater, but this bread is simply delicious! I’ve made it with almond milk and coconut milk and LOVE it!!!

Having recently gone gluten free and being an avid baker, I picked up a small package of this at the Vancouver Farmer’s Market. Gluten free baking is typically quite tricky, so I figured having a mix to start me off was a good first step! I added Banana in lieu of Pumpkin and some chocolate chips, in addition to subbing applesauce for the oil. It came out fantastic — tasty, springy, and not at all dry.

I love this mix. It’s easy peasy to make and tastes as good, if not better, than the non-GF pumpkin bread I made before my diagnosis. When I am feeling particularly self-indulgent, I add cacao or chocolate chips.
When my stomach is really rebelling, and have lost my taste for most foods, I know that I can always eat a slice of this pumpkin bread and I feel a whole lot better.

Crazy good! My taste buds do an Autumn happy dance with every bite! (A note of caution: canned pumpkin does not freeze well. The liquid separates out when thawed and is not the same. It also does not work well in recipes after that has happened. So use it straight from the can and get great results!)
